Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Hairbook.

How do I delete my data or my account?

In the app, open Profile. "Delete all my data" removes your records and photos. "Delete account" removes your account and everything in it. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.

I ticked a dose after midnight and it went on the wrong day.

Set "Day ends at" in Profile to a later hour. Doses ticked before that time then count for the day before.

Does Hairbook give medical advice?

No. Hairbook is a tracker. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend treatment. Talk to your doctor about your treatment.
