Hairbook terms of use
Effective 7 October 2026.
By using Hairbook you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Hairbook is
Hairbook is a personal tracker for hair-loss treatment: doses, photos, check-ins and lab results. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Nothing in the app is a diagnosis or a recommendation to start, stop or change a treatment. The coverage estimate is a rough guide and can be wrong. Always follow your doctor's advice.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be 18 or older.
Subscriptions
Hairbook Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID at the price shown in the app. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
The first 100 customers receive free lifetime access as founding members. A founding spot belongs to one account and cannot be transferred.
Your content
Your records and photos remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the app to you.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to access other people's data, or interfere with the service.
Availability and liability
The app is provided as is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on information in the app.
Ending use
You can stop using Hairbook and delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
